PROJECTS
A little about me and my work...
Aged 15 I was determined to express my creative vision. My teachers had praised my ability in artistic expression, so when an opportunity arose to create, script, direct, produce and present an advertising campaign for a local business I snapped their hands off. I was to represent my school and a local Jewellery business against fourteen other schools from around the Channel Islands and South West (UK).
When I started, I quickly realized that I had the creativity, determination and single mindedness to focus on transferring my ideas into something tangible. Not only this, but when it came to my completed project I was totally convincing and unshakeable in my belief that I had done the best job. I then went on to organize a campaign to secure enough phone-in votes to top the poll and win 1st prize. The prize included £20,000 worth of prime Channel TV coverage for my advert, alongside a flat screen TV (which I donated to my prefect room in school) and two of the latest iPods. What I really gained from this opportunity however, was the invaluable experience and the realization that this is where my passion lay. From then on, it became clear to me from a young age where my passions lay, and so the adventure began.
Some people don’t feel the need to note ‘old achievements’ down. I think in this day and age, ALL of your achievements count. The awards I received for sports achievement and most inspirational student are not to be forgot, as they are what helped shape me as a person. Achievements can work to motivate yourself and others to do their best. Most people reading my CV today don’t know me, or what motivates me. So at this stage in career I think it’s important to stress just how much drive I have. Here are a few example of work over the years; starting with some of my most recent projects.
SMINT
Digital Campaign | Walker Agency
Whilst interning, I have been working closely with the SMINT UK account. Recently, I have been heavily involved in organising and implementing this little piece. After an initial brainstorm, I helped this creative idea come to life. The collaboration was about celebrating creativity and so we decided to get local creative students involved in placing 32,000 mints to create a phenomenal piece of art.
FRESH TO IMPESS
Digital Campaign

London's Freshest Exhibition
SMINT
Live Event | Walker Agency
Whilst on my placement year at Walker they decided to throw me into the deep end and give me the SMINT account to manage. One of my first tasks was to launch their Facebook page....
To millennials, Smint was a tiny mint that freshens up your breath. That’s it. Meanwhile, the client wanted to go “social” and that meant, get a bucket load of likes and shift more product. But there’s only so many times and so many ways you can say how great a Smint is. We needed a narrative.
With no digital presence, we had a blank canvas – so that’s exactly what we became, a canvas.
We wanted to challenge the creative minds of this world to do something, make something, design something – to quite simply create something FRESH TO IMPRESS.
Perfect Perch Seating Solution 6 week Digital Campaign | 2013 - 2014
Acting as a digital communication strategist myself and 3 other practitioners developed a 6 week integrated digital campaign for Perfect Perch. We also devised a report providing a detailed account and analysis of Perfect Perch’s digital campaign. Our mission was to create brand awareness and discussion around the product with the end goal to eventually target B2B.
We designed and implemented a website, Facebook and Twitter profile as well as launching events and competitions to accompany our campaign.

EUROLINES | Walker Agency
Whilst working at Walker Agency, I have been involved in the creation of content for Eurolines' social media platforms. I have been working closely with the Creative Directors and Account Managers in order to ensure unified branding. The digital campaign promoted the chance for individuals to win a trip of a lifetime to Paris and Amsterdam with a friend of their choice. Being heavily involved in the first phase of this campaign allowed me to gain insight into the process and importance of efficient planning. I am still currently working hard to ensure interesting, innovative content is being delivered across their online platforms.

The
Marketing
Bureau
Projects I undertook at The Marketing Bureau | 2010 - 2013
Whilst working at The Marketing Bureau I was lucky enough to get involved with many different clients and campaigns. I still hold a very close relationship with the company and work closely with them on various projects.
Some projects included designing artwork for buses, car park and airport advertising sites. Work also included designing and piloting clients questionnaires, staffing promotions, and market research reports.

Robert Dyas | University project

Acting as a research consultant myself and my group produced a report proposing the notion that in order for Robert Dyas to grow as a brand they must target those who will benefit from a convenient DIY retailer. As a company, we decided to look in to the notion of a DIY mother. We got inside the consumers mind through specialist techniques and presented our insight and campaign to an academic board. We received top marks (1st).

Some shots of mine
From a very young age, I have had a camera hanging off my neck. Documenting and capturing moments has always been more than a passion to me. Composing a good shot is more than just a click of a finger, Its timing, precision and passion.
These are a very small selection of shots I have previously taken. Some of which have been chosen to exhibit in Jersey's Highlands College reception area.
